My professional and educational experience has shaped me into a versatile UX Designer driven by creating engaging and meaningful digital user experiences, with a particular passion for navigating the complexity of research phase to uncover insights that enable strong problem reframing. I work across the full UX design process - from research and problem reframing, workshop facilitation, concept development and solution design.
