Focus Project Management
Project at NoA Bold Copenhagen
Project from 2022
Introduction
GRASP is Roskilde Festival Group’s platform for knowledge and networking, with one of the annual highlights being the GRASP Knowledge Festival—a two-day festival focused on sustainable transformation. As a relatively new concept at the time, the festival sought to establish a more solid and recognizable brand identity in order to strengthen its marketing efforts and achieve its goal of selling more tickets.
The project at NoA Bold Copenhagen involved developing GRASP’s brand identity and an effective marketing strategy.

It became very clear to me how motivated I am by working with complex projects and how I succeed in developing strong project plans that ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to timelines - even when changes arise in an iterative process. I see this as essential out of respect for the project, the client, and not least my team members.

My role
My primary responsibility was to collaborate closely with GRASP’s newly appointed project manager to ensure alignment and smooth communication throughout the process. In addition, I led the development of a marketing strategy and ensured that all creative assets for the various touchpoints were produced and ready ahead of the launch across web, social media, and email newsletters.
This required strong coordination of project tasks and timeline and communication with - and consideration of - a wide range of stakeholders, including my team members, GRASP employees, event speakers, marketing agencies, and users.
